DOLTCINI SPORTSWEAR is a Belgian sportswear brand from Herzele (B). We specialize in producing cycling, triathlon, running and active wear. The sublimation technique allows to develop unique products for our customers, without restrictions regarding design, colors and logo applications.
The Doltcini Team has more than 25 years of experience in cycling. Based on test cases and experiences with professional athletes and closely following the the latest developments in terms of functional materials and accessories our products are continuously optimized regarding fit and latest material trends.
These high professional standards are also continued into the recreational cycling and active wear programs, were we always strive to maintain a competitive price / quality ratio. From our own production unit in Europe we guarantee superior quality, flexible order quantities, short lead times and a high degree of delivery reliability.
Our professional design team supports the customers in creating unique products.
Beside of the custom-made production possibilities, Doltcini Sportswear develops summer and winter programs, which are distributed via a network of specialized bicycle shops. In addition, there is a N ever- O ut-of- S tock program, in which all relevant models and accessories for the demanding individual cyclist can be found.

OUR productION procesS
At Doltcini Sportswear, we’ve been producing cycling clothes in our own European factory since 1987. Always wanted to know more about this production process? Then you’re lucky because we’ll explain it to you underneath.

GETTING ACQUAINTED
First of all, when you are interested in our products, we’ll appoint a contact to you. This person will help you throughout the complete process from ordering our clothes to receiving them. To start, he’ll give you some explanation about our products and present you with the different possibilities.

You can choose between 3 different lines of cycling clothes: CLASSIC, ELITE and PRO.

Design
Together with this contact, you’ll prepare the guidelines for our designer who will design your outfit. He will give you all the information you need, also concerning what’s possible and what’s not possible in the design.

FITTING
After or during the designing of the clothes, you can get some cyclingclothes to try on. This way, you kan see who needs which size. If you want, we can even send someone of our professional team to assist your team during this fitting process.

PRODUCTION
After the approval of the design, we can start producing your cycling outfits.
PrintING
Your design is placed in a pattern by our designers and printed on one of our 10 digital printers, after which we check it to see if there aren’t any flaws. If you’re a team, then you can already take a look at you new jersey or bibshorts in real life.
SEWING
After checking everything, all parts are sewed together. After this, everything gets a final checkup and all the unneeded wires are cut away.
Cutting the fabric
During the printing of the paprt, our cutting machines will cut the fabrics that are needed.
PACKAGING
The finished product will be folded and ironed after which it will be put in bags and labelled. The product will now be packed in boxes with other products for the client.
SublimatION
After cutting the fabrics and printing the paper, we can start the sublimation process. The fabric will be put on top of the paper and a press will sublime the print on the fabric. Afterwards, everything gets checked again to make sure there aren’t any mistakes and it looks just like the design.
SHIPMENT
The boxes are delivered in Belgium with our own transportation service, after which the client can pick up his order in our store or we can ship it to an address of his choice.
